CHILDRENS LITURGY OF THE WORD
This program brings God’s Word to children on terms they can understand. Children are invited to a place where they can hear the Gospel message in more relevant language. The children leave the church before the first reading and return during the collection and presentation of the gifts. Children’s Liturgy of the Word is offered during the 11 a.m. Sunday Mass, Labor Day through Memorial Day. Parents and other adults are invited and encouraged to assist with Children’s Liturgy of the Word. Training is provided for those who would like to preside over the liturgy.
