Students are required by federal guidelines to choose 3 items from the menu, one of which must be a fruit or a vegetable. Salad bar can count as one of the items, as can milk.
Peanut butter and jelly on whole grain bread may be selected in lieu of entre.
Salad bar which will contain romaine lettuce, green pepper, tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, carbonzo beans, low fat dressings, and ocassional other offerings is available daily (unless noted otherwise) with all hot lunches.
