2010 SHAgala Event Program

About SHAgala

SHAgala is the major fundraiser for SacredHeartAcademy. Each year, the event raises thousands of dollars that go directly toward operating costs at SacredHeartAcademy. Through out its 16-year history, over $1,600,000 have been generated. The funds raised help keep Catholic education in the Mid-Michigan area affordable as well as support instruction and educational services. Organizing SHAgala is a huge project, and it takes dozens of volunteers to have a successful event each year. A variety of committees are in place, and we would love to have you join us. Many hands make light work! Please complete the online form HERE or contact event co-chairs Kim Voisin at voisi1kj@cmich.edu or Bryan Neyer at BryanNeyer@yahoo.com for additional information. You can also view the 2010 SHAgala Programto get the details of both live and silent auction items and get more information on SHAgala and our 2010 event by going HERE.

On-Line SHAgala Auction

The SHAgala Online Auction allows family, friends, and alumni of Sacred Heart Academy to bid on a wide variety of gift certificates and items.  Our premier item for 2010 was the opportunity to sit at Bishop Cistone’s table at SHAgala!  To view items from the 2010 on-line auction, click HERE.  The auction generally runs a few weeks prior to the SHAgala event.

Scrap/Stamp for SHAgala

Each year a Scrap/Stamp for SHAgala is planned for sometime in November and/or January. It’s normally held in the Parish Hall and begins at 6:00 p.m. Friday night and continues through until midnight on Saturday evening. Food, prizes, and lots of scrapping room are provided. For more information, please contact Carolyn Cardon at 989-772-1239.

We will begin working on SHAgala this fall in preparation for 2011 and our February 12 Evening in the Orient.
