Voluntary Tuition:  The voluntary tuition account was established to minimize across-the-board annual tuition increases, thus keeping the education at SHA affordable for all.  However, there is still a need to meet operating budget requirements.  In addition to the set tuition rates, families are strongly encouraged to assist in funding the voluntary tuition account at a level that they are comfortable contributing.  Contributions made to this account are completely voluntary and are tax deductible.  It is hoped that parents will recognize that the amount of tuition they are paying on a per-child basis is much less than the true cost* of their child's education and will make a worthwhile contribution to the voluntary tuition account.  In doing so, we are showing our commitment to the mission of Jesus Christ and being generous stewards.

*Public schools receive approximately $7,400 per student in state funding.
